How often do you spring clean?

We have entered Spring here in South Africa and for our household it’s spring cleaning time. With the squad on school holidays, no better time for everyone to get their hands dirty. We get rid of dirt, dust, clothes, shoes etc.

Spring cleaning doesn’t have to be a dreaded list of chores. It can be a rewarding experience that helps provide some structure and organization in your life. Peter Walsh

With having a squad routine, structure and being organized is of vital importance, it keeps us sane, LOL

It helps the household run smooth, and we know where things are. Anything we don’t need or use we pack up and give to our church for the less privileged. Spring cleaning as a family teaches the squad some life lessons.

We need to clean up after ourselves, we need to clean up the dust and dirt built up, it is never good to allow things to build up not even dirt and that we give away of our things to people who don’t have. Allows us to stay grateful for what we have.

From time to time, one must release the grime built up inside them to free their emotions like the ocean. Suzy Kassem.

Spring cleaning of the house is just as important as cleaning and cleansing our emotions, thoughts and being.

So, how often do you spring-clean?
