Compensair is a service which allows you to effortlessly claim up to €600 per passenger if your flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked.Compensair claims over 100 airlines in more than 40 countries.

Customers are not charged any fee unless they get compensated by the airline. If you receive compensation for the claim, Compensair will charge 25% (VAT included) of the compensation amount as a filing fee.

It takes approximately two minutes to submit an application. All you have to do is to enter your flight details and write a short description. Compensair will do the rest, including claim preparation and communicating with the airline to settle your case.

Compensair will also initiate a legal process in case the airline refuses to pay the compensation bearing all the legal fees and additional costs. Even if your flight disruption happened long ago (within last two to six years, depending on the operating airline and your route), you are still entitled to compensation.

Are you eligible for flight compensation?

In accordance with EU Regulation 261/2004 a passenger is entitled to 250-600 euros of compensation in case of:• Flight delay more than 3 hours• Flight cancellation• Denied boarding due to overbooking• Missed connection due to a delay of the first segment (you arrived at your destination more than 3 hours later than planned)

The only requirement is that your disrupted flight needed to have happened up to six years back (depending on the country of departure)

– within the EU (on any airline)

– leaving the EU (on any airline)

– or arriving into EU (on EU airline)
