I offically hang up my baking apron. Rob is now the baker in the house, tonight he decided to bake which he never does and decides to make cinnamon wheels.
So, every Friday or Saturday we bake in our home, today I was busy and felt tired and asked Rob to bake. I found this cinnamon cupcake recipe on YouTube and thought why not. I was just the assistant in the kitchen today. Today is all Rob.
I read out the recipe and he did it and boy OH boy is it delicious. He calls it, Rob’s month end cinnamon wheels!!! we didnt do the frosting part because our family, well the kids and I do not like frosting.
Rob and the girls (the sweet tooth crew) had theirs served with ice-cream, the boys and I (not a sweet tooth crew) had ours as is.. The man out did himself tonight.
